A Servant’s Heart

So now, it’s time to put the rubber to the road. If we say that we believe Jesus is our personal Savior, and we believe that our inward life is truly being transformed by the work of God’s Kingdom within us, then our outward lives should actually reflect those same truths! In fact, many would say that it’s the way we live out our lives in Christ that really gives true testimony to the faith that lies deep within us. So, if you’re ready, let’s ponder on the outward signs of a life lived well for God. Let’s start by talking about servanthood.

Join us over the next few weeks (9-blog sessions taken from A Journey into 3-C Christian Discipleship), and let’s look a bit deeper at what God’s Word has to say about having a servant’s heart.

Each one of our blog studies can serve you well as a support piece in your devotional life with Jesus. As you’ll see when you open up one of our pages, each blog begins with a short scripture or reading, some thoughts to consider, and then concludes with a prayer and a question or two for you to ponder. Go slow. Walk at your own pace, inviting the Holy Spirit to join with you as you read and reflect.
